FUE Hair Transplants
Unlike FUT where the conventional strip excision method is used, FUE Hair Transplant involves the extraction of individual follicular units/ grafts from the genetically healthier regions of the scalp. These are then surgically inserted into the patient’s thinning areas. Typically, removal of the grafts will leave subtle small round scars. These fine dotted scars will be covered once shaved hair regrows. A lot of patients prefer FUE treatment because it has no cutting & stitching, resulting in quick recovery time with no visible linear scar. I went in for a hair transplant and right from the beginning the whole team were very knowledgable and patient. Pretty nifty experience. Dr. Saaed and his enthusiastic team received me really well. The team was really kind, always trying to know if everything is going well. I was a bit afraid about local anesthesia injections but Dr. Saaed do this really smoothly and it is not something insurmountable. After anesthesia, you do not feel anything, no pain at all. Plus, the clinic took care of me throughout the operation, and offered me lunch. The doctor drew my new hairline almost perfectly, and I really like how it looks after surgery. Day 1 after the transplant, I am at home, following aftercare recommendations, and even without anesthesia I feel nothing. It seems that the healing is going well. Looking forward to seeing the progression. The clinic did the job, but final results will also depend on me and how careful I will be during the whole hair restoration process. Will make some updates after 2 days regarding my donor area, and then after 14 days, 3 months and 6 months. Thank you Fortes Clinic ! – EDIT: Day 2 after surgery, I have not noticed a loss of density on my donor area. The zone also seems to be healing well.

I’m writing this review nearly 10 months after my Hair Transplant with Dr Saaed. I can’t fault a single part of the process. From the initial call with Dr Saaed, I got impartial, specific and direct advice. The fact that Dr Saaed does the consultation himself already set Fortes apart from the rest of the clinics. I had multiple points where I was hesitant before my op, but spoke to Dr Saaed and he reassured me and alleviated all the concerns that I had. On the day, everything went smoothly, I was made to feel comfortable, even though it was a long day. Dr Saaed, the staff and the clinic are top notch. I’m very pleased with the results of my transplant – definitely one of the best decisions I have made in my life.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Fortes clinic! I was so nervous about getting a hair transplant, but DR Saaed and the other staff made me feel so at ease! The doctor + staff genuinely cared and were so empathetic with me throughout. The clinic itself is immaculately clean, very modern and had such nice little touches e.g. nice chocolates to eat if feeing a little dizzy, a range of drinks and a great lunch of my choice. I’d class the clinic as being a boutique clinic with such a personal and focussed approach. Dr Saaed really knows his stuff and answered all the questions I had. It was also really apparent that he took pride in his work and took so much care to make sure my hair transplant was a success…. I can’t wait to see the results!

Dr Saaed and his team provided an excellent, professional service. My partner recently had a FUE hair transplant which was virtually painless. Dr Saaed and the team were very friendly and kept me in the loop for the duration of the procedure while I was waiting. They made us both feel at ease and answered all of our silly questions. I really I liked the result that I’ve got after hair transplant. I also got my self-confidence back very high. I highly recommend hair transplantation at Fortes Clinic, Dr. Saeed is an amazing and Professional and skilled hair transplant doctor،
I was initially skeptical about the hair transplant procedure but Dr Saaed walked me through it and did an amazing job. Very happy with the results and now so glad I went for it. A receding hairline is something that was bothering me for a while and I finally decided to do something about it, the procedure was straightforward and results came through reasonably quickly. I would however advise booking a couple of weeks off work and getting your hair shaved and blended in around the donor areas prior to surgery as you can’t get it cut after and they need to shave it right down. Ask the Dr how high they will shave so you get an idea what you need to do. You can leave your hair longer on the top if you want to help blend in the newly transplanted areas. It is quite visible for at least a week so booking time off to recover properly is advisable.

Dr Saaed is very professional and truly cares for his patients. The clinic is clean and welcoming – it is feels more like a relaxing spa! I love coming here for my facial aesthetic treatments. I recently also had a chemical peel and my skin is glowing!! I’ll be back!
I had two hair transplant procedures with Dr Saaed to restore hair at the front of my head and on my crown, the results have been nothing short of amazing. I was practically bald before the surgery and I now have an excellent head of hair. Dr Saeed was the perfect physician, he explained all elements of the procedure clearly and effectively and put me at my ease throughout. The after care especially has been exemplary with regular check ups and continued interest in my progress which makes you feel valued and important as a patient. Just finished having a FUE hair transplant at Fortes. The whole experience was professional ,relaxed and very personable. I felt comfortable throughout the day. From the moment I had my consultation till the day of my procedure I can say that the level of expertise from the Dr to the practitioners has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them as I felt I was in good hands.
If you are reading this, is because as me, you had a lot of doubts about where to go to have your FUE treatment. In a world full of fake reviews, it’s very difficult to take a decision. So, where do I started? It’s very difficult to find a friend or relative that already had this procedure and can recommend a good professional, so I went to the “INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF HAIR RESTORATION SURGERY” web site (I believed if there is one place that I would find someone capable to provide a good service, this will be the one) and searched by doctors located in my region. I contacted 7 professionals and Dr. Saaed from Fortes Clinic was the one that most gave me attention and presented a fair price. Other important point, I talked directly with him during the consultancy, no vendors pushing impossible treatments. He was very clear about the procedure and what can be done. Through this quarantine time, the first consultations was made online and we talked a lot about the procedure and expectations. When the treatment date arrived, before anything he took all measures to ensure that would be safe to me and review some steps of the treatment. Always been very honest about what could be done in my specific case. I like it, I always prefer the truth and then, he presented his team, a very capable and friendly team (Martin and Benny). The procedure is a delicate process that demands hours and a incredible level of patience and knowledge, things that were provided by all Saaed and his team. So, maybe I don’t know you, person who is reading this but I can assure some things: * He will tell you the truth, won’t lie just to get one more client; * They are extremely professionals; * The locations is very good and clean (they provided a lunch and a lot of chocolate); * They will work hard to exceed your expectations; * I’m happy with the treatment and as I can see, the result will be very good; * And the most important, I’m not a robot and didn’t receive absolutely anything to write this review. I hope I have helped all of people that like me, searched for a good source of information. * Editing after 1 year. Everything that I wrote is true but depending of your “level of baldness”, there is no miracle. Even with all effort made, the result for me was bellow my expectation. I truly recommend that before you do ANYTHING, consult the Norwood scale (baldness scale). In my case, I was 6… Result, poor… Maybe if you are in the level 3, you can have a good result… Anything above it, 3000 graft won’t make a miracle. And maybe, you will be very frustrated.
