I was excited to hear of a more natural treatment for my receding hair. Dr Saaed is a brilliant hair specialist who was recommended to me by a friend. He suggested platelet rich plasma PRP injection. His injecting technique is extremely smooth. I hardly felt a thing and the session was rather relaxing. The location is great and the treatment room was lovely. Can’t wait to see the results!

I had a hair transplant here in January 2025 and it was amazing. I had about 2800 grafts or so (which is quite little) and it made a monumental difference to my hair.
Dr Ahmad Saaed was great throughout , I was reassured by him at my initial consultation, where he was knowledgeable but also didn’t pressure me into any decisions.
During the procedure Dr Ahmad and his team were also great, I had a largely painless and pleasant experience watching Netflix ! I almost fell asleep at points !
Afterwards, the team at Fortes were again great , and I am extremely happy with my results.
I continue going there to receive PRP, which is a testament to how reliable they are !
I would recommend Fortes to anyone needing their relevant services.

I did a hair transplant at this clinic few days ago and just want to share my great experience. I had a hair transplant procedure at Fortes Hair & Skin Clinic on 3rd July 2025.
Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with the outcome. A visible area that was discussed prior to the procedure was not covered, and this remains clearly noticeable.
I raised my concerns with the clinic and attempted to resolve the matter directly. I was informed that my complaint would be referred to their medico-legal / insurance team. However, despite follow-ups and allowing reasonable time for a response, I have not received any clear resolution.
I would have preferred to settle this privately and amicably, but due to the lack of engagement, I have had to take formal steps to pursue a resolution.
I hope the clinic improves both its treatment planning communication and its complaint-handling process for future patients. Thank you for your response. I can confirm I am a genuine patient and I have receipts, email correspondence, and procedure records from 3rd July 2025. My review reflects my personal experience and ongoing complaint, which has already been raised directly with the clinic and referred to your medico-legal team as confirmed in your emails.
I remain willing to resolve this matter privately and professionally.

From the first consultation to the day of the procedure, the whole experience was genuinely faultless. The team were honest, reassuring, and made sure I understood every step before we went ahead. On the day itself, everything felt organised and calm, and the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. You can tell they really care about their work and their patients. I left feeling confident I’d made the right choice, and the aftercare so far has been just as good. Highly recommend to anyone considering a transplant.

It’s been a year since my eyebrow transplant with Dr. Ahmad and his team, and I finally feel ready to share my review! Honestly, I’m so happy with the results.
Dr. Ahmad offered plenty of follow-up sessions to check on the growth, which made me feel really supported throughout.
At first, the growth was slow, and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out… but now, a year later, my eyebrows look full and natural. The difference is huge compared to before!
